Appointments and Cancellations

Sessions are by appointment only. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a cancellation fee.

Fees and Payment

Fees for therapy sessions will be agreed upon before the first appointment. Payment is due at the time of the session unless otherwise arranged. Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfer or Revolut.

Emergency Situations

This website and associated services are not suitable for crisis support. If you are in immediate distress or experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact emergency services, your GP, or a crisis helpline such as Pieta House 1800 247 247 or Samaritans 116 123.
